Tierra Roja will be honored as the very first wine dinner, at John & Reina Hansen’s new restaurant, Chez Bacchus!  I had the pleasure of joining them for one of their friends and family practice nights, last night, and can tell you the atmosphere and food were really great!  John’s long career as an Advanced Sommelier of the Master Court, with Disney’s Napa Rose and many other fine restaurants, culminate in this latest achievement.  The light and airy comfort of a neighborhood bistro meets a true fine dining experience.  Their grand opening was June 25^th.  Visit them as often as you are able, but be sure to join me on August 17^th.  Reservations can be made by calling 562-336-1440.
